Hi All! I just want to add only positives about my recent experience with the team at the Fort Myers location….they seriously treated me as I expected a consumer who spent their hard earned money on an R1T Quad should be treated. They didn’t just “do their job” they were knowledgeable, personable, and each person I interacted with that was staff had an aura around them in which I could honestly feel that they wanted to help me and make sure I had the best experience possible.
This gave me faith in the company. This crew at this location. The vehicle was taken care of while they had it, they even replaced items that I should have moved for them prior (I apologized) and they were caring enough to place it all back in the literal exact same place I left it. I feel they need to be given recognition or some sort of monetary bonus for their professionalism. And shout out to the individual that put that team together. Either you got lucky with placing them, or you know how to create a team and your potential in this industry is untapped!
