Great update! Thanks for keeping an eye on it. I’m up in Punta Gorda so it’s a little bit of a drive for me to just pop in and see how it’s going.

Can’t wait till this gets opened up! Definitely gotta change the ownership experience to have a service center so close. Going to Tampa sucked! Not the service center, but just to drive and the traffic.

I have been through a few SC openings…some things to keep in mind:

1) They genuinely care.
2) They are learning.
3) They don’t deserve to be treated poorly.
4) If you are an ass to them, expect them to either be an ass back, or shutdown and be unresponsive.
5) Be Nice, Be Appreciative, Help Them get through the growing pains.

Things in Fort Myers are moving along, chargers are installed, and on the inside the lifts and other assorted shop equipment are being installed as we speak! It's getting close!

Fort Myers did not open yesterday. If I hear of a new anticipated I will update.

Also heard that the opening is delayed a bit waiting for permits. A grand opening in September is the latest guess from a Rivian source.

I called yesterday with a couple of items and told them I wanted to go to Fort Myers. Today Miami called and set me up.

If any of you Fort Myers peeps plugged in at the RSW Airport a couple weeks ago and left your charging cord I left it with an employee who was going to take it the the office.
