That sounds really exciting! Integrating cloud-based updates and onboard computers opens up a lot of possibilities for entertainment in the vehicle. As a gamer myself, I’d love to see some engaging games built right into the system—whether it’s casual games, multiplayer challenges, or even something like Netflix’s streaming for downtime. Over-the-air updates could keep the content fresh and add new features regularly. It definitely adds a cool tech twist to the driving experience!I was taking a look on the Rivian website I saw this under 02 Experience/Connected car on the R1T
" Our cloud-based architecture and network of onboard computers integrate your vehicle, charging and Rivian app through a single user interface. Over-the-air updates continuously enhance the vehicle, updating everything from driving dynamics to the games on your touchscreen. "
As a gamer, I wonder what type of games could there be? Maybe Netflix like Tesla? I hope so!
As a gamer, though, I’d still lean toward more traditional setups. Nothing beats sitting down at a proper rig for some CS. Speaking of which, lately I’ve been hooked on cs2 case opening — it scratches that gaming itch in a completely different way. Fun little dopamine hits between matches.
