I know this is an old thread but I just took delivery and did not receive the gear guard cable. I opened a support request and was told by two different agents that it should have been and the delivery team forgot to include it.
The local delivery team just texted me to say the opposite. It’s not a big deal but the inconsistent messaging is disappointing.
