Gear-Guard set up and incident recorded same day

Gear Guard stopped working for me a couple days ago and I had to reset it(Format drive and soft-rest the system).
Thank god I fixed it this morning because I used it this evening to record a driver who ran a red light and would have definitely hit me if I wouldn't have stopped...

Something told me to stop… I stop, I look to my left and there’s a car that’s not stopping, it seems like I looked at him for a whole minute, like it was in slow-motion, and waited for him to stop, and I realize this guy is on the phone.. I can actually see his head pointed towards his lap…. I wait for him to blow the red and I keep going like nothing happened Thankfully I was able to record this incident.
