Take a USB stick with music on it and see if it recognizes it. This has been questioned many times but as far as we know, no one has tried it. I think Rivian answers were yes, no, maybe and dunno to different people who have asked.

Can you ask if the removable speaker comes with the explorer package too, I do not recall seeing this anywhere. Thanks so much hope you enjoy it and it’s everything you were hoping for.

Are tow hooks available without off road package?
Charging curve at different soc?
Are we still on track for all LE guide contact by Thanksgiving?
Any info you can get on the R1S, possible camp kitchen or full size spare accessory.
What options will be lost if we don't use ATT with the trucks, or can we just use our phones as a hot spot and keep the same functionality?
Please see how laggy is the infotainment, and try to route a looong drive to see how long it takes.

See if you can nail someone down on the off road package. Specifically, is there any difference in protection for the battery pack between a vehicle with the off road package and one without it? I don't believe there is but it seems to be an open question / topic of debate.

Little crazy that we still don't know the answer to this.

Also, nail down what the extra skid plates are made of. There was a report of them being plastic and being secured by plastic clips. Another report of them being Carbon Fiber with metal beneath. I just want some clarification.

Going along with that, Is the material different ( question exactly what is the laminant layup used ) on the main part of the off road skid plate? Or is it the same plate with the additions to front and rear? Can these additional plates ( again what is the construction? ) be bought/bolted on after the delivery along with the hooks? This would be helpful if we need to drop the package to get the MSRP under the $74k limit, but want to add the protection after the fact.

Max distance between roof racks for R1T and R1S.

Please verify they have cancelled their plans for a tower rack for bed (to extend the height of the bed racks). If yes, are they aware of any third party that is developing this for R1T?

Thanks for doing this.
A couple of things I would like to know and would be helpful.

1. Efficiency numbers - I know you will not be driving this for long enough to get an accurate number. But while you are doing your test drive, if you could capture or log what you are seeing for the efficiency numbers (mi/kwh, kwh/100km), in Auto and or Conserve mode.

2. If you could ask the Rivian contact about the charging curve or if they have any plans to release a charging curve for the Rivian, not the peak charge rate.
Similar to what BMW has released for the i4.

3. If you could log or capture (video) the UI interactions. Specifically how the UI feels when you interact with the climate controls (onscreen vent adjustments) and interacting with navigation. Also how the navigation UI functions when it's doing navigation (zoom, scrolling)

4. If you could capture the cabin noise levels while driving, maybe via a dB app (on your smartphone) and see what numbers you are getting ?
