Greetings from new (used) owner - question about ownership transfer process

Hello all, greetings from SE MN. Purchased my used R1T early last week from a dealer who acquired it second hand. Love it, replaced a Model 3.

I was connected to Guide (Katy) and sent her Bill of Sale document. Any ideas on how long the ownership transfer process actually takes? Not getting any firm answers from Rivian, getting really tired of not being able to use phone as key functionality like I'm used to with the Tesla. I have zero contact for prior owner, so that isn't an option...

What a pain that you have to contact the manufacturer to use phone as a key. It's like Rivian didn't even think about this situation.
