Halloween theme is now LIVE !!!

Got all the "themes", but in my Gen1, this stuff isn't turning off when I lock the vehicle. Sound effects and the green flashing light bars front and back don't stop. I don't need Hasselhoff 24/7.

Yes, I'd like for the theme to turn off once Izzy is locked. But, turn off the costume or else....
