Having Someone Lease "For You"

I cannot speak to out of state nor not the same residence. I am basically a live in care giver for my mother she is still mentally with it and fairly independent but can't live on her own since my dads sudden passing a few years back. She has high credit while I have not as high credit. Her name is on he lease/registration, we are both listed on the insurance, I make the payments from my accounts, The Rivian account is all under my name and information. Which is good as my my mom is not having to relay things to me like messages and phone calls for my ongoing service fiasco. Your parents will need to present for the delivery, everything we did lease wise was signed digitally, but she had a few things to sign at delivery such as Oregon registration docs.
