R1T owner on Oahu. Reached out to service to fix back door plastic framing was falling off. They responded within 48 hours and sent someone out the next morning. The morning of the appointment I got a notification that the 12 volt battery needed to be replaced- so I called it in and they added the replacement of the battery to the service call. Even though they told me not to expect to be able to add issues on the day of service going forward.
also, I have spoken to service about my key fob battery dying all the time. They have called me back 3/4 times for more details. I have stopped returning their calls because the amount of conversation time is costing more than the inconvenience of the key fob not working.
but my main share is I have found service to be super responsive.
