Help with Windshield claim with Statefarm

Hello friends,

I have a windshield being replaced with Rivian for my R1S. Statefarm is unable to locate Rivian in their network of windshield replacement companies by phone number. Can anyone help? If someones been able to work with Statefarm on windshield replacement, please let me know!

Unfortunately, Rivian was not in their system for my claims either. I had to pay Rivian and submit the claim to State Farm for reimbursement. Other than fronting $1800, the process was pretty simple.

Same for me via USAA. I had Rivian do it and then uploaded the receipt to get reimbursed.

Same thing for me, I've paid upfront for it and the glass is yet to be fixed due to supply issues from Rivian as they're heading towards the end of the year. My insurance folks said they can reimburse it once I submit them the final bill.
You can check using the zipcode https://rivian.com/support/article/certified-collision-centers to figure out which is the closest to your area and check with the service center if they can replace the glass and do the calibration as well. Good luck!
