my highway assist was working fine when I took delivery a few months ago. recently (sometime in Aug) the steering wheel sensing seems not working properly after a software update (believe its version 2023.30). I can no longer holding the lower part of the wheel while keep highway assist working anymore, it immediately disengage without even a warning "please put your hands on wheel". it directly shows he red text that highway assist will disengage.
I can only keep highway assist working with hands on 2 and 10 clock position, with tight grip. even a split second of loose grip will immediately cause disengage. again, no "please put your hand on wheel" reminder.
this is super annoying and just try to understand what could be the problem?
