How helpful is your guide?

Feels very hit or miss. My guide led me to believe OC was going into production “soon,” while other guides were apparently already telling people about the delay. Basically radio silence since the initial guide call and PBA signing with an estimate of 4-8 weeks to delivery.

My first guide was fantastic (Wendy), my second guide, (Genny - assigned after Wendy went on leave) is rather slow and has stressed me out terribly when I'm trying to get a quick answer to something. Apparently the guides have a lot of people assigned to them right now but my cortisol levels have been through the roof and the 8 steps have been confusing and murky. Other things like a cryptic upload slot for "software/battery screen" appeared with no explanation and no communication on why Rivian's trade in people were wanting it or that it was related to it. Emails often take quite a bit of time to answer. She did pick up immediately when I called, however. Oddly enough my experience with Tesla (almost identical scenario down to the trade in) was smoother and better.
