Anyone know how to pop the amber marker lights on the front wheel wells off or otherwise access the wires to these lights?

I’m installing a Switch Pro and it looks like this would be a good trigger for IGN/Go/Ready. As long as the light setting isn’t fully off, these lights come on when you hit the brake peddle and stay on until exiting the vehicle. They don’t come on when the truck wakes or is unlocked.

I can already access the lead for the frunk 12v plug which is a good trigger for wake/unlock.

Use a trim tool, or just a flathead screwdriver, and they pop right out. No mess, no fuss.

Super curious, what are you doing with the Switch Pro?

Nothing crazy yet. I’ve got multiple 12v outlets in the frunk and cab that I’ve added that I will move over to power off the switch pro instead of a fuse tap. I’m installing a GMRS 50watt radio that I’m going to power off it. I’ve also added some usb-c pd ports with Powerwerx device that I’ll put on it. In the future I may add some ditch lights.

Dude... I'll really need some pics when you're done. That sounds cool.

Great idea for an ignition trigger source!
