I defeated rivian's engineering.

So after having the hitch mounted bike rack in today, I removed it and was putting the hitch panel back in. I tried to turn the screws with my thumb and was unsuccessful but it did stick up in the correct position. Then one of my boys was yelling at me for something and I got distracted and forgot to get the screwdriver. Later we went to a park and when I got back home I noticed the panel was missing. I have to give credit to Rivian engineers that if the screws are not fastened the panel swings down and falls off, but my forgetfulness was able to bypass their engineering controls.

I do wish the receiver was more part of the bumper design, rather than being hidden. I'd prefer it look okay "exposed" rather than the afterthought that it currently appears to be.

I'm good with hidden, reason being, it will get scratched up by hitches and if sprayed with salt in the winter, rust. My tundra is only a couple years old and the hitch is an eyesore because of it. I like the choice.
