One radio station I listen to in Los Angeles is AM 570. It’s a sports station. It works fine through the Alexa media app. However, when there is a live sporting event on, it will not let me listen to it because iHeart Radio doesn’t “know” my location. When I’m using the iHeartRadio app on my iPhone, it’s easy for me to share my location so they can permit me to listen to a local radio broadcast of the Dodgers game.
Anyone know how to setup my iHeart radio location setting in the Alexa media app?
I can always just use the iHeartRadio app on my iPhone and connect to Bluetooth if all all fails.
edit: on the iHeart radio app on my iPhone, in Settings there is and option “Alexa linking”. So I linked my iHeart Radio account with my Alexa account. I’m gonna test it when the game is on tomorrow.
