Agree 100% with Flexnet. Pick up is scheduled for today and everything needed completed by yesterday to keep the delivery date.

Thanks for the updates. I will work on insurance today (already have a quote), and I have connected Plaid in the past for payment with Tesla. Hopefully no hiccups ?

I have delivery today and was told by my Guide that everything had to be finished yesterday by 5:00pm to keep my delivery date. I was having issues with current insurance company and with Plaid (for payment) and ended up getting temporary insurance policy with Liberty Mutual and having to wire the money (down payment) instead. It was a scramble yesterday and got things finalized at like 4:00pm to confirm I could pick the truck up today.
Congrats! Let us know how it goes!

I signed before we open the doors. So far I've discovered that the camp speaker is a dud, one of the back headrests won't elevate, and one of my 12v outlets doesn't work. All minor issues that I'll present whenever I have a serious issue, or 59,000 miles/59 months.

I've purposely avoided the "check lists". I'd rather live in Plato's cave on some of this stuff like panel gaps
Wait what? The rear seat headrest elevate? Neither of mine do so thought they were fixed.

1) They pretty much wouldn't let us in the truck until we signed. She in fact locked the truck.

2) I am not sure if the speaker charges well in the truck. We pulled it out and charged with USB-C and it worked fine. I know for fact it does not shut off when you stow it. It will keep trying to connect to your phone has been our experience and we end up forgetting the BT device so we stop getting harassed by it. Lots of related threads on the forum.

I think the requirements for payment really depends on the state and the day before is mostly for states that do not allow non dealer sales e.g. Texas. You are buying the vehicle in Illinois and then taking delivery so they have to deal done the day before.

Yeah I kind of bugged my guide twice a week. Monday and Friday check ins lol. He has been awesome so far
Glad I'm not the only one reaching out to the guide. Mine is scheduled to arrive around the 16th. But no clue when I can take delivery. Some of us will need to plan on taking time off work to pick it up mid week.

Elevate for removal, I mean. I have to get them up to install car seat tethers
Yep, mine don't move. Tried to remove to put hammock in back seat multiple times. Instead now I just un-snap the lanyard and re-snap once around. But they don't move. Maybe I need to try a pry bar.

I did notice that this thing is loud when lowering the vehicle or auto leveling. Took a video to ask others if they experience the same.

Yep that’s more of what I was expecting. Seems like a service visit is in order. Yours also seems much more of a controlled sound. Thanks for the video!
