On my R1T, Alexa isn't connected about 5% of the time. Other than that it has worked flawlessly.

While I certainly am not an Alexa fan much of its performance requires reliable internet connections. ATT (Rivian’s cell provider of choice) is not as reliable as other providers where I live. Hopefully Rivian will in the future allow us to choose our own provider and cell reliability will no longer be such an issue.
