My 2023 R1T developed a water leak on the roof with drips coming out from the right windshield visor arm. I also had a periodic cruise control failure. I contacted service and had an appointment in 2 weeks. They repaired the leak and replaced a faulty module and provided a nice loaner vehicle, all under warranty. The staff could not have been nicer. All in all a very positive experience.
