Yep. My personal experience with SF is that if you have multiple policies with them and have been with them a long time, they generally try to maintain your level of satisfaction. Also, exact same experience with previous car when it was rear ended by a kid insured by GEICO. Months of calls without any offers of settlement and multiple release forms received (without any offers or discussions on settlement). If not designed to trick the less vigilant into signing, before settlement is reached, I don't know what purpose it served.BTW, the car sold at auction for about 5k (netted by SF no less so no wonder why they had no problem making us whole as they are also going after the other driver's insurance (GEICO (which by the way kept calling US to get us to sign something directly with them. very sleazy)). everything not safety related still worked. just needed some body work and it'll get shipped to a developing country to resale.
