Hey I love the satin black on the 21's, do you have a picture with the aero covers in place ? Do you notice the range reduction without them ?

I do not. I took the covers off at delivery and have never used them.

Since I’ve never used them I don’t have a before/after comparison but I haven’t had any range concerns without them. Even if there was a decrease it would be negligible.

I'm going to do the powder coating too, just not decided if dark mate gray or black satin like you. I may powder coat the covers as well in matte and use the satin for the wheels. I like how they look too. Im just not fan of the OEM polish aluminum

Looks great in silver. I am curious to know if the “Tiger striping “ that people highlighted last summer is now solved?

Was that an issue with the paint? If so, no issues with my paint. Actually, pretty impressed with it's quality.

Had the same concern about the tiger striping before taking delivery in Sept, but seems like it's been solved as I haven't seen any mention of it since last summer. Mine is fine.

PPF on the front, ceramic coating, windows and windshield tinted. Twraps mud flaps, smart liners , folding panoramic sun roof shade (amazon) , Tail Lidz carbon fiber tonneau cover. Tonneau cover fits perfectly. Waiting for Team 1Ev running boards and would like a bed rug.

I took delivery at the factory last week, enjoyed the factory tour, and the Rivian tour guide said the first Ocean Coast R1S was just produced, with Silver exterior. Second one was about to be produced. Also said they were no longer batching colors, interior or exterior, and we saw that on the production line … 5 R1S’ in a row on the line with different colors.
