How many ocean coast launch editions?
14 of 19 LE R1S's in my shop tonight have Black Mountain (with dark ash) interior
5 of 19 have Forest Edge interior
0 of 19 have Ocean Coast interior

Considering all 50 R1S's in my shop, only 2 have Ocean Coast (with dark ash) interior. See screen grab below.

Over on the R1T side of my shop, there are 110 trucks, and 39 of them have Ocean Coast with dark ash. 20 out of 110 are Launch Editions. But there's only one Launch Edition with Ocean Coast. (It's Launch Green with free "staple" wheel upgrade and not-free underbody shield.)

Thanks. Good to see you can still get a launch edition with free wheels upgrade and ocean coast seats.

I totally expect to pay for the underbody shield. It’s just nice to see free wheels with launch edition plus paid underbody shield and without compact spare so you actually get the wheels for free instead of the all terrain package that was being forced back in April - June on some builds.

I’m biased but my main requirements to pick up from the shop versus wait for my build was a late 2023 build date / freshest launch edition with ocean coast, free wheels and paid underbody.

I was ok with paying for black paint in exchange for all terrain wheels under launch edition. I ended up with a June build when I picked my Launch Edition ocean coast from the shop.

my confirmed configuration before picking an alternate from the shop was the IRS special edition aka the cheapest freemium build under $80,000 with underbody shield. White on white with 21” and RUS. We’re gonna see a ton of white on white running around US and Canada.

Ton of new R1S launch’s in my shop just now, really want to grab one but wondering if it will be a early build or recent, I texted my guide to inquire as to approx build date or VIN, no response, wondering if I should just grab it before it’s gone? The one I want is launch forest green with the free 20 inch wheels and black mtn interior, whereas my config has the forest edge interior, nice but extra 2750 for that interior color, I live in a cool coastal environment so black won’t get too warm here, any suggestions?

So I went ahead and grabbed one that matched my build from the shop, VIN 208XX, that would be a recent build I think? Very excited to take possession next month!!!
