Missing screws underneath?

I was under my r1t with the all terrain package and noticed what might be missing screws in where the rear carbon panel meets the metal plate over the battery.

Mobile tech didn’t know and just threw some screws in there. Watching some off-road videos where people were going through water got me thinking if these were supposed to be open for drainage.

Anyone else have screws in these holes?
