Missing Yeti and Pet Mode page

Need some help. When I turn on Pet mode and have the temp set between 68-72 the page that tells folks that my pet is ok never shows.

When my gear guard is on the "Yeti" guy never shows up with the camera. The camera records, etc., just no Yeti!

Is there a setting I am missing or is it more of a ticket and software problem?

I had something similar happen a while back. I had to reset the infotainment system to get everything working again. I am not sure if this will solve your issue, but it does seem to fix issues with the Gear Guard for me. To reset the infotainment system press and hold to 2 outermost buttons on the steering wheel.

I don’t think that page appears until you exit (and maybe lock?) the vehicle. I seem to recall that was my experience when testing it.
