My Order - Is it a refresh???

I just placed my order last night for a R1T in the shop. But there is a twist...in the shop it had 3 R1Ts listed. Two of them were like they have been for months, but a 3rd had identical hardware (I think) but like $6,500 less and it qualified for the tax credit. Do you guys think it could possibly be a refresh edition?

Not a refresh. They are discounting 2023 R1Ts.. Large Pack by $6k and Max Pack by $10k.

The factory hasn't restarted yet, so I don't think it's a refresh.

No. Refresh could very well mean a price increase too.

So many on the forum are expecting a price increase for the refreshed VINs but in the current EV market with the Lightning being discounted and the Silverrado coming online I wonder about those assumptions? Perhaps price increase for top of the line trims and price reductions on base trims?

Seeing a price increase for a refresh would be a death wish for Rivian. To your point, price cuts happening all over the place. Dual motors actually should see a price cut to keep pace with the market IMO. I could see, to your point, a price increase for Quads and the introduction of a tri in the middle.
