Native Alexa Integration

Has anyone actually been able to get Alexa to do anything with 3rd party skills? I've attempted SiriusXM, Apple Music, Plex, etc but none of them seem to work.

Additionally if you go to add your truck in the Alexa app, it says it doesn't have Alexa Built-In:

Amazon Music works. And its a night and day difference vs bluetooth regarding audio quality. At least from what I remember from weeks ago when I had my truck.
