Hoping you guys can help; over the past few weeks, my ‘22 R1T (up to date with latest OTA updates) has started exhibiting the following: the Navigation works, but it won’t speak or make chimes. You have to closely watch the screen to see the next turn coming up. Also simultaneously Alexa stops working and if you go to the app setting on the truck it says can’t connect.
If I do an infotainment reset, both start working properly again. It lasts about a day and then no more Navigarion sounds and no more Alexa. If I perform another infotainment reset, all is well again for a day or so. Rinse and repeat.
anyone else out there experienced this and if so what was the fix? Other than this small glitch, the truck is running perfectly. Thanks guys!

Yes, it happened to me. Sign out of Alexa, reset and sign back in, soft reset again.

Not a coincidence - Alexa provides the voice services that the navigation uses.

Is the Alexa icon (round blue circle in the upper left of the center screen) greyed out? If so, Alexa is offline. I'm not sure why that happens, but it is something that people have noticed happening sometimes since the last release. That happened to me once, but it came back and hasn't happened again.
