Navigation stopped talking - *Solved*

Hello - just recently (I didnt notice if it was correlated to an update) my navigation stopped talking. All of the other audio features work - Just not directions.
I have checked in the navigation settings, audio settings, general settings, driver specific settings and I still nothing - The navigation volume visual indicator is at 23 - I have tried to mute and unmute, lower it, raise it- the number changes but still no volume - help?

Oh, it's there. It's under the Troubleshooting section and is called Restart the Software.

Restart the software.

I performed the software restart and still the same - no navigation audio.
Again checking the volume controls of everything and there doesn't seem to be an issue with the settings

You can try switching between "chimes" and "speech" then back again. Does your Alexa work? Then there's always a hard reset ... But likely that one of your settings got messed up. Just need to figure out which one ...

Sign out of Alexa then back in

Thank you everyone. I did a software reset- no change.
20 minutes later I did a second software reset and it started working.
