PaaK just stopped working - quick fixes?

My name is Mike, and I have a (car) problem
PaaK stopped working this morning, out of the blue, before heading to work. Since it was 530am and I didn't have time to mess around and end up being late to a customer meeting, I just tossed the card on the console and took off.

Anyone know if there's a quick / easy fix to sudden-dropout of PaaK?

Whenever I've had a (frequent) PaaK failure, I've used the app to unlock the truck. I still have to wait a bit, but for some reason that command will go through when PaaK just lets it sleep.

Whenever I've had a (frequent) PaaK failure, I've used the app to unlock the truck. I still have to wait a bit, but for some reason that command will go through when PaaK just lets it sleep.
Yeah I can get the truck to wake up and unlock via the app, but proximity and therefore PaaK are borked.

Only happened to us once. Try a full reset (left button and hazard) yet? It's why we both carry our keycards in our wallets - once was enough!

Yeah I can get the truck to wake up and unlock via the app, but proximity and therefore PaaK are borked.
Mine does this about every 10 days after the latest update. Which beats the every 10th try before, so at least a move in the right direction.

Typically, for me, it's a series of turning off bluetooth on the truck and the phone. Hard reseting the truck, and restarting the phone, then turning on truck bluetooth and then phone bluetooth and relaunching the app.

IF that doesn't work, then I have to delete the key, do that process, and install a new key. Yes, full rebuild of the connection stack to make it work again. Yes, about twice a month or so on average I have to do that.

This has happened to me twice since the. 46 update. The first time I tried a hard reset on the truck but that did nothing. So I deleted and reacted the key and was back in action.

The second time that did not work. After many unsuccessful attempts at a solution, the only thing that works for me was to delete the key, delete the rivian app, hard reset the truck, reinstall the rivian app, and re re make the phone key.

Throughout both failures, the rivian app would still unlock the truck and I could drive it by setting my phone on the center console, but that was very inconvenient. Mostly I would use the physical key card until I solved the problem.

I've had several little software issues since I bought my truck two months ago, but this has been by far the most annoying

Thanks everyone. In this case, a hard reset cured it, but will be monitoring. @JeffC's experience sounds awful, although from what I'm reading it's more common than we would like.

@Rivian - hotfix please.
