Need to add a second Wall Charger to app

With two homes with two installed Rivian Wall Chargers I would like to see both on the Rivian app, but am unable to get a second one installed or added to the app.

Ideas?

BTW: I have contacted my guide, but have yet to get a reply.

Does the wall charger have power but it just won’t sync?

check to make sure the little wire harness is plugged into the front panel. Many electricians don’t reinstall this and it doesn’t activate the wifi.

I have 2 wall chargers in 2 homes and added both to the app.

I got my second charger to sync only to have it not be able to charge. Returned it to Rivian for a new on which works great. Sync can take several attempts.
