Close Cross-Traffic Alert banner across camera view while towing?

Is there a way to dismiss, minimize or close the warning banners across the top of the rear camera views while towing? The banner warns that cross-traffic alert is disabled, which makes sense, but when I'm towing forward that is a useless message that just blocks the top of the view.

I was towing just this last weekend, and I'm trying to remember even seeing that message there..... maybe I've just let it blend in mentally.

Was towing this weekend as well. It's there. Didn't find a way to remove it, but like OP I wanted to get rid of it.

Nope, I've been dealing with it for 4 years. I tow 2-3x's a week. Got done being frustrated by it long long ago....

If you think that's frustrating, I deal with the same thing when using 'rear accessory.' I'm not even towing anything, and still have to deal with it! That's really silly--I theorize this should be relatively straightforward to dismiss in software, but I'll even get all of the adjacent notices (Example: under the energy graph, I get Gary with the trucker hat telling me towing things reduces my range... Thanks Gary. I'm using a 3BL under my RTT, but that's so very helpful...)
