New Rivian Autonomy Platform Data Update 6/26/25

I have been in the middle of nowhere with bad Wi-Fi for a week. During that time, my vehicle has been very slowly downloading a new autonomy update. It just installed today.

I am not referring to the big multi-factor drive version 2025.18.30 update that came out very recently. This was something else.

Checked riviantrackr and did not see anything about it. (Rivian did lay off 140 employees today though )

Anyone know anything about it?

What do the release note say?

What version does the vehicle say is currently installed now?

It's navigation data for when you turn on hands free (in your case, since you have a Gen 2 vehicle) driving. It's separated out for normal software updates so mapped roads and such can be updated when needed.
