Started the purchase process for the Cybertruck (Founders Edition Cyberbeast) and my better half requested we dont get a Tesla. So I need to cancel my order and give Tesla free $1K since production deposit is non-refundable. Oh well, live and learn. I'm likely going to cancel my reservation as well. I have no interest in paying 100k for a "Founder's edition", and they won't start making the regular ones until next year. Not to mention how drastically the specs changed and everything they removed from their vehicles (sonic sensors, radar). Regular autopilot isn't even functional yet.

There is a no flip clause. I think it is $50K if I sell it before 1 year mark. CT has its charm in its own way but with R1S, R1T and a gas car in garage, in hindsight I probably shouldn't have ordered one. Like I said, live and learn.
