Thank you for taking the time to explain this. Damn that was confusing and not clear to me.

That line item is for the spare.

I had a similar item on my SC ticket "remove and replace exterior badging". When I asked about it, that is due to the spare tire. They will remove the vehicle weight sticker on the door frame and replace it with an updated one that includes the tire.

You must have a lot of time on your hands to be willing to stay on the phone like that.
I just want them to solve problems and have clear and timely communication (not sure I’ll ever get to see how Rivian does it).
I definitely have to multitask, I like to have them on the phone while driving :). I meant to say that I agree with you. As my service appointment approached these interactions are increasing and I don’t feel like there’s always follow-through or continuity….

…..and…. Just got the truck back after a full week of being gone.

Within 10 seconds the exact same Driver+ Unavailable error code pops up and says service soon.

Are you fucking kidding me?!

Sinking feelings.
