Yes, I got my 8 steps email this morning. My guide has not responded yet to say what the heck is going on. I was going to pay off the tesla loan this month to get title in hand and make things easier but now I don't want to screw the process up. It looks like insurance is another issue, because they don't offer rivian insurance here, and I will need a VIN to get proof of insurance needed to complete 8 steps. But yeah, if I skip to the last step, it literally lets me pick delivery in two days!! It can't possibly happen that fast but seriously year maybe in a week or so. Still need guide confirmation.

I'm in the same boat regarding my Tesla loan. Don't think I'm anywhere near a guide contacts, but could potentially get my F150 Lightning next month, so just going to hold onto the loan and let whoever I sell it to deal with it. Don't want to risk waiting weeks for the title.

This is kinda wild. So you and I are both in Boston area. I ordered like 8 months before you, have a similar build, and you're about to take delivery while I've heard nothing (and my est. delivery was the earlier window as of Dec, too!). Crazy.

Same here, although I don't have the same color. I am happy for him but frustrated with Rivian. I am trying to stay positive and say our delivery is coming soon.

Totally. I'd love to get my truck before July if possible. But at the end of the day I know it really doesn't matter. when I get it, but it'd give me something to stop obsessing about! haha

Just had my guide call. I was expecting them to say my window hadn't changed, but he told me I'd have my truck in the next few weeks... "As soon as something comes off the assembly line that matches your config, it's yours". Highly surprised/happy.

He said that they're heavily prioritizing configurations now (and presumably location) and that they're not prioritizing order date.

Nice, so far I haven't seen that many Texas guide calls. I had el cap, BM, 20" AT but i just now switched to 21" tires. I really want all the range I can get.

Also Sept 2021 order date! dang ahhaha that was super soon for you then. I am October 2021 date with estimated window Oct-Dec 21.

I switched my config around to be something that is being produced right now in the hopes that it gets me contact. I'm willing to pay the extra $2,000 for FE if it means earlier delivery. So far nothing yet in terms of a guide assignment but I'm hopeful with others who have order dates after mine that something will happen soon.
