Offer Code? Just put deposit on Pre-Owned

Hello all I just put the $250 deposit on a pre-owned R1T in the R1 Shop.

There’s a spot to add an offer code. I tried a few random referral codes from members here.

Is there something I can use here for some Gear Shop points or is this not for referral codes?

I was hoping I could get some gear shop points or even use my own referral codes to double dip on points - someone mentioned this was possible.
