Ok so what's not coming to Gen 1 (software)?

I think one area where Rivian could really do better is on communication with this type of thing.

I expect there are good reasons (if not always obvious) for what features will apply retroactively. Simply letting people know what to expect would go a long ways.

Rivian’s engineers have long to-do lists. I’m sure it’s hard to find time to make relatively minor improvements to the older models.

RGB lights really not a big deal...had it in the Mach E you set it and forget. As someone who picked up their R1S 2 weeks ago I am not ohh man I am missing a ton of things...there are other upgrades I care about more like getting a better infotainment system with better maps.

I think is better to list what the Rivian people mentioned is coming to Gen1 (this list will be way smaller unfortunately).
From the various interviews that's what I head so far:

• New UI
• Blind spot camera view
• AC presets
• Gear Guard remote view (in Q3)
• Dolby Atmos

I'm still catching up on all the reviews and interviews, can you point me to where the AC presets are mentioned? That sounds like something I need to watch/read.
