PA truck registration fee for R1T?

My apologies if this has been discussed, I performed a search and only found the new EV registration fee. Do you have to pay the extra truck registration fee for a R1T in addition to the EV registration fee? I have a reservation for a R2 but really thinking about the R1T and just wondering if yearly registration would be $48 (normal 1 year) + $250 (EV 1 year) + $214 (1 year over 7k lbs)?

You pay $214 for registration of the truck, then you get a notice and have to pay an additional $250 for the road user charge (EV tax). The $48 normal fee is not charged on trucks.
