Phone/Radio Fades out

I'm listening to music on my radio or spotify or talking on the phone with someone then I can't hear them for about 10 seconds and it comes back
I ask the person if they heard me and they said no
any ideas
I had tampa mobil out yesterday no luck

I am hearing the exact same issue, which started after the latest SW update.. the audio fads out then after a few seconds fads back in. Very odd.

I had it before the last update and it happens to my radio just did a mark for rivian and there will check out the computer to see hopefully a glich

My symptoms are similar but I feel like mine might be separate issue. One of "favorites" I have for a radio station is an AM frequency that also broadcasts on FM (Seattle....and I think it was originally done to increase range & sound quality, but I believe EV's don't like the AM Frequency). Anyway, only that station will randomly cut out for about five seconds. No issues with the phone so far
