2022 Rivian R1T LE
Both flat-screens (driver's and main) blank/dark. All resets attempted (soft reset, hard reset, and 15+ mins of sleep mode) with no results. In the shop for service.

Maintenance manager suspects some type of software issue. Will learn more tomorrow.
Mine just developed this issue this morning. What was the resolution in your case? Software? Hardware?

Honestly, it's hard to remember since I've had it at the service center several times over as many months. Once a month on average for a variety of "early adoption" issues. Thus far I am undeterred, but it's beginning to get a bit tedious.

My recollection is that it was due to a low voltage battery issue that was resolved after a flatbed ride to the SC.

FWIW, Rivian was initially great with sticking to their original promises to either send a mobile unit out to diagnose and repair, or send a Rivian team member (or flatbed) out to pick it up. Currently this is no longer the case. I would recommend that you request a flatbed as driving it without a speedometer is a safety issue.

Consider yourself lucky - I picked my vehicle up at the service center back in September, and several software problems were noted at that time. But the soonest they can get me in to address the issues is mid-December (with a date that keeps changing in the app, without notifying me).

I WISH I could get in there once a month. Not that there's anything seriously wrong, but it shouldn't take 3 months just for them to take a first look at the thing.

I picked mine up in late October, reported issues November 1st, and got an appointment for January 26. Then my window got stuck open, and they agreed to see me the same day. It's been there a week now because they want to address all the issues I reported, not just the critical one. With that approach I can see why they may be padding their schedule.

I am picking up my R1S this dec 2023 after ordering it 12/2020 and am super excited. The documents show that the vehicle has 100 miles on it?? That sounds like a ton of miles for a new vehicle….any thoughts or experience with this syndrome out there?? Your time is appreciated. JB

If memory serves that is a placeholder to deal with the fact that if you live less than 100 miles from the SC they may drive it to you. If >100 they send via flatbed truck.
