R1 Shop: Displayed Inventory Based on My Configured Model?

A couple of weeks ago I confirmed my R1S configuration. Since then, I’ve been monitoring the Shop, and have seen plenty of R1S and R1T availability.

Yesterday I checked the Shop and now see only R1S models. No R1T.

Does anyone know if what you’re shown in the Shop is limited to whichever model (R1S or R1T) matches your confirmed configuration?

I never had shop access but I do believe it is one or the other. I don't recall many reports of folks seeing both in the shop.

I had it back in June. It showed both R1T and R1S there were no limitations based on config. One thing I will note is that you can't just go by what's displayed when you enter the shop. Play around with the filters. That's what we did back in June and our exact R1S config, which wasn't displayed when we logged in to the shop, magically appeared when I filtered for it. We immediately jumped on it.

Ours was a pre march 2022 so we already built the config. We hadn't confirmed it and the delivery estimate was Jan-June 2024. I made several request to grt shop access and was finally given same.

I’ve had Shop access for months. Could only see Ts because that’s what I’ve had configured with my reservation. I asked my Guide a few times in September to let me also see Ss in the Shop, mentioning that other reservation holders in the Forums said they could see both Ts and Ss; no reply. On the night of 10/2/2023, it became possible to configure a Max pack S, so I did so. I immediately lost Shop access, and delivery window changed to Processing Estimate, of course. I’ve asked my Guide to restore Shop access, and again to let me see Ts and Ss, as I’m interested in any Max pack, really. He says he will, but that it’s only possible for me to see Ss because that’s what my reservation / configuration is.
