Rivian R1T R1S R1S leasing IMG_0783
Hi everyone! Just want to ask if this is a good deal? Im leasing a R1S 2024 QM,Limestone,Ocean coast,21 tire for 36 mos. 10k miles. I feel like the residual is too high at 66%. I put 2k dp plus tax, license, acquisition fee and 1k deposit.

High residual is a good thing, means you are paying less for the lease. MF is around a 3.6% APR.

Looks like a good deal to me.

But were planing to buyout after the lease term ended. Unit price is $95,750 without tax.

You would pay the same either way. If the residual was say $60k instead of $64,383 then your lease payment would go up by 4383/36 = $122/mo.
