R1S - Range Wheel Blackout and Intro

Hi All,

Picked up my R1S six weeks ago and I’m really enjoying it so far.

I optioned my car with the range wheels and dark package. In doing so, my wheels are the only silver thing on the vehicle. So, I was curious what the wheels would look like blacked out. I hadn’t seen anyone else do this, I thought I’d share.

This was done with electrical tape to get an idea of the look. I’ve ordered some gloss black vinyl and plan on doing it “correctly.”

I also have the 22" range, here is what our pre-cut kit looks like on them I have the satin black on mine to match the aero cover.

Those look good. I forgot to put the caps back on and see how they looked before removing the tape. Thanks for the picture.
