In case anyone is in the same boat as I was with limited PPF installers in my area and no xpel or 3M installers within a 45 mile radius, I wanted to share my initial reaction to another PPF brand, Kavaca.
I was hesitant to go with a brand I wasn't familiar with but the owner of Ceramic Pro New River Valley sold me on the product/brand. I did the full truck and am not disappointed with how nice it looks. I can't vouch for durability yet but it does come with a 12 year warranty. The film is extremely clear with a very nice gloss finish. The installation includes a layer on ceramic on the film, glass, and the wheels but the shop delayed that step due to concerns that it wouldn't fully cure in the currently frigid temps (3°f today).
I can't guess at costs in other locations, but my out the door price for the full truck PPF (wrapped edges where possible), single coat of ceramic, and ceramic widow tint was $5550, which seemed reasonable.
