I’ll be very curious to see the date from vegas to SoCal. I’ve done the Escondido to St. George trips a few time in my R1T LE, sometimes with a motorcycle in the back. I can make it to the baker superchargers which is about 213 miles (63 mph, 3:21, 109 kWh, 1.96) for the first charge and stoped in Moapa with 13% charge and charged for 18 min leaving with 50% charge (133 miles)to just make it to Ivins. This was with a dual sport motorcycle in the bed and in February.
The return trip with no motorcycle I left Ivins and made it to Baker (206 miles, 68 mph, 2.14 avg, 97 kWh) on one charge. Hard to believe you did so much worse. The wind and high temps really killed you!
Wondering if I could do 2 stops in the R2 as well. Guess it depends on the weather.
