Today, on the way home from lunch, my back seat passenger asked for me to turn the rear ac on. I could not get it to work.

One day last week, I myself got in the back seat (my brother was in the drivers seat) and the rear fan came on with no problem. Has anyone else run into something like this???

I did go to the service screen in the app and it found a couple of unrelated errors and has created a service ticket for these things as well. It wouldn't let me schedule mobile service, so I have also reached out via text to the sales guy that helped with my pickup. (service center 3 hours away)

EDIT: It's definitely a software bug, after being home parked for an hour, I went out and the rear vents came on without any issue.

Is this what you're looking for? Someone posted this in their new owner review. Still may be a bug but maybe this is a workaround?

- one example is in our R1S we would have to go to the 2nd row screen of HVAC to turn on the rear vents for our dog. I tried the same in the r2 but nothing happened. Support didn’t know the solution. Turns out if you press the center console graphic between the two front seats from the main/front HVAC screen, it turns on/off those vents.
