Hello everyone,
I just wanted to point out an issue that I’m dealing with regarding referral codes. I placed a customer build order for an R1T TriMax on August 9th. During the checkout process for the down payment, the option for a referral code was not offered. I am now a week and a half away from taking delivery and have been asking my guide about this issue for a couple weeks now. I’ve sent him screenshots of the process showing that it is not an option for a custom build. In his responses, all he’s done is said that it needs to be entered at the time of checkout for the down payment. Am I missing something here? Has anyone else figured out how to get this done?

UPDATE: I’ve found a loop hole, but it requires a specific situation that I think may be common. As I said, I ordered a trimax back in August. I was contacted in September about a similar build that was available. This is where the loop hole exists. I requested being able to use a referral code but was denied by my sales guide at the SC. Out of the blue, a senior sales guide (from Rivian) contacted me and told me she could add the referral code after order. I took delivery on December 22, and got my reward a week later.
