Is there a channel to report these? Or make service appointments?

As mentioned, you can use the app. Rivian staff, including Wassym Bensaid (VP Software Engineering) also monitor reddit r/Rivian. You can make a post there, and they will likely see it, and possibly respond, but a response is not guaranteed, nor should it be expected.

What's the purpose of saying its in the app when it's not in the app?

There is no bug reporting feature in the app

There is no feature request feature in the app

There is only "Ask us anything" or "Request Service" or "Share feedback"

I've tried the first two routes for reporting a bug, and neither one of them was really effective.

The ask us anything was simply an email to my guide who is unequipped to handle bugs.

The service goes to service and always ends up with a phone call asking "have you reset the vehicle" even when I specifically said a reset temporarily fixes the issue only for it to come back.

The share feedback is exactly what it says where you simply want to comment on a feature. But, its not clear what they do with that feedback. Sure you can treat it as a tool to request features if you want, but its not how a feature request tool would be implemented.

With a bug-report/feature-request tool the most important thing is to avoid wasting customers time reporting duplicates. An official tool would have a way to see if its already been reported.

What I find funny is vehicles these days are computers on wheels, and I don't believe any manufacture has a proper bug reporting tool.
