Haven't read through all 11 pages to see if this is original but...
The link is not individualized, nor is the binding contract that you can save or print. All that's added is a date (and not time) stamp.
So... this is really just a pdf generic agreement that they are providing to use however we'd like, with the usual: "consult your own tax advisor." It's a PR move. Maybe they'll be able to tell investors: X orders were converted to binding contracts yesterday!

How much you wanna bet that our pre-orders stay just that, and accounts don't ever actually reflect the $100 that is now "obligated"? Heck, the phrase "$100" isn't even in the agreement! I doubt you'd have a hard time getting back your full $1k if you cancel.

Well, since your initial premise is dead wrong ("The link is not individualized") the rest of your hypothesis is pretty much...... worthless.

My R1T is on the way from the factory, and I've already completed steps 1-7 which include the purchase agreement. I have a separate reservation for an R1S and just received the binding purchase agreement but they don't state for which vehicle. I'm assuming the R1S, but it could be for either. A bit strange.

Given there was no pre price-increase pricing for this config because it didn't exist, any such future offering would be post increase pricing regardless.

Would have to be delivered in 2023 which isn't happening if you order a R1S today.

“Order Changes. If you make changes to the Vehicle after the Order Date, you may lose eligibility for special edition models, your place in line for priority delivery, and/or be subject to potential price increases based on any pricing adjustments made since the Order Date.”

That is what it sounds like. Might wanna be sure you like your config before signing. It also sounds like our pricing is not locked in.

Guys, I'm still trying to confirm...my document doesn't have my name anywhere...only states, "customer signature". Is that what all yours say as well? Seems like anyone could just print that and sign it...
