Yeah was looking for….these are the steps we are taking to improve quality control not Tesla had the same problems. Maybe they should learn from Tesla’s mistakes. I guess competitors can’t be competitors if they rely on competitors.

I have one of these Rivians. 2+ months in the shop. Misaligned panels. Was delivered with entire panels different painted different shades of Glacier White. Among other issues I never dreamed possible in a new car. Rivian promised to fix everything “to spec” and that all manners of “higher ups” would have their attention on the vehicle. This was a lie. Their support is just as abysmal as their QC. There is literally no excuse for how badly they’ve mismanaged the issue. When it stinks, it stinks from the top. As great a vehicle it can be, I will never buy from the company again. No matter what. Psyched there are more EV SUV options becoming available!
